What are my shipping costs?
We use the USPS for all our shipping and mailing needs. Each product shipped will be sent Priority Mail to the address provided. In almost all instances, shipping will cost $6.00 for the first item purchased. There will be an additional shipping charge of $2.00 per item when multiple products are ordered. Example: You order one hat. The shipping costs would be $6.00. Order an additional hat with same order and the shipping charges would be $8.00. Ordering three hats at the same time would cost $10.00 in shipping charges.
Do you offer discounts?
The simple answer is YES, we do! They begin with purchases over $50.00. Discounts range from $5.00 to $35.00 dependent on the amount purchased.
How long before my order is shipped?
Each order for our hand-made products will generally take about a week to ship. Remember, none of our products is mass-produced. Every product is hand-made by me. Therefore, most orders are produced on-demand. I may have stock on-hand occasionally, but most orders are completed when ordered.
What about custom orders?
If you see one of my creations that you like, but would prefer a different color combination, or have an idea of your own, please contact me. I am willing to create any custom order without any additional cost to you. My business is dependent on your satisfaction.
If I am not satisfied....What then?
I want you to be happy! If, for any reason, your new purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to make sure your product is repaired or replaced. In the event you are still not satisfied, I will refund your purchase (less the shipping costs).
